Further to your commentary on "Historical Archaeology: Back from the Edge",
just so people know, this is one of the One World Archaeology series of books
which is published after the papers are presented in symposia at the World
Archaeological Congress.  Martin Hall, one of the editors of this excellent
volume, was elected at the recent WAC4 conference in Cape Town, SA, the new
World Archaeological Congress president.  It is, as you say, a really
excellent book.
