Dear List:
 
Would it be possible for members not to send materials that will be downloaded
unless specifically requested by individuals?  This is a problem for those of
us in rural areas where we are charged by the minute for time online; it costs
us money.
 
Sorry to be difficult, but I expect some of the list members had not realized
there were areas where charges for use of the Internet are still based on time
used.
