Bob,
We have a site (partially excavated -- CRM project) dating to the 1820-1870's
that includes both coin and tokens from Canada, and Jackson era Tokins. The
site is a combination domestic and blacksmith site located at the edge of the
Urban city (Burlington VT.) and the begining of the Rural turnpike. The coins
were found in association with the blacksmith shop entrance (speculation --
the point of sale). The site is dated both archivally and by the OCR Carbon
Dating procedure.

We are currently putting together a web-site on this project -- anticipate a
March 99 debut.
