I'm not sure exactly what kind of information you're seeking, but you
might want to start with the History Office for the U.S. Corps of
Engineers...chances are, they're the ones who built the sites.  Their
office used to be at Fort Belvoir, VA, but it may have moved to Fort
Leonard Wood, which, I believe, is in Missouri.  Also, have you
contacted the Center for Military History in Washington, DC?  I don't
have a listing for them, but I'm sure they would be easy to track down.
Also, when all else fails, try the National Archives...they've probably
got blueprints, documents, etc.
