Have you tried Jordan E. Kerber (ed.), "Cultural resource management.
Archaeological research, preservation planning, and public education in the
Northeastern United States", Westport CT : Bergin & Garvey, 1994. ISBN
0-89789-413-8. Don't have the price, but it wasn't expensive. And yes, I
would be interested in obtaining a liste of suggestions as well. Good luck.
