That idea is nonsense. Until and unless dowsing (or any other survey
method) can be shown to be a reliable, accurate, replicable method of
finding archaeological sites and features, it cannot be considered
anything but a waste of time and money and, at this point, good hard-disk
space on the HISTARCH server.
