I just found out that US citizens planning on presenting a paper at WAC4 must
get a visa!

Please forward as appropriate.

Dear Mr. McCarthy,

As a US citizen presenting posters or giving lectures in South Africa
at a conference, you will need a business visa, which will be valid
for 90 days.

You will need to submit a letter inviting you to present the papers
at the conference from the organizing committee, or a copy of your
registration form showing the papers you will be presenting.

There will be no fee for this visa, since you are an American
citizen.

Kind Regards,
