I still don't understand this idea mentioned by Nancy Wight that there
is concern about the "virus load". I mean, isn't the baby already
infected? Aren't the viruses multiplying already in the baby? Is it
really rationale that viruses passed on in the milk will make his
situation worse? And do the immune factors in the milk have no role in
all this? Or are they just theoretical, abstract ideas we all talk
about, but when it comes down to the gun, we really don't trust the
breastmilk? Any ID experts out there?
