If I recall correctly, it used to be that if you sent a message
to BEE-L, and one of BEE-L's subscribers had dropped off
the edge without properly unsubscribing from BEE-L, the
message that BEE-L was sending to that particular subscriber
would bounce back to you, the sender of a message to BEE-L.
 
Hope I made that clear as mud. Perhaps Allen / Aaron could
clear this up.
