John, I was recently at the New South Associates web site, and they have a
link to back issues of the African-American Newsletter, doubtless something
Tom Wheaton set up. I got to their site through an e-mail, so my system
didn't mark the address. If you don't have the address, you could probably
get it by e-mailing Tom; his address is:

He could also send you a back issue immediately, of course.
