Pobre muchacho! All that work.
This is my 37 consecutive years w/honeybees: my honey is as clear as
mountain spring water! (I sell it from my front door year round.)
I've never strained my honey: totally unnecessary.
After extraction, if the honey is permitted to remain overnight
in its container, ALL the debris rises to the top, is skimmed off,
and is fed back to the bees!
End result: really raw, crystal-clear honey, pure and organic: unheated,
unfiltered, unstrained, un-everything, no mess, no strainer,
no extra work!
Suum cuique - to each his own?
