I don't see why there is any doubt in this situation.  IF IT IS AN
ORGANIC GARDEN THEN YOU CAN NOT USE APISTAN.  I would suggest either
drone trapping or better still heat treatment of the hives.  Where
Organic farming/gardening etc is concerned the emphasis is not on the
result but on how the game is played.  It is a purist concept like dry
fly fishing.
