I read somewhere that some honey was found in an egytian tomb and it was
still edible but not very tastey.
 
Honey gets darker with age but if it is dry enough and kept out of sunlight
it will last a lifetime. I remember tasting a sam[ple of waterwhite sage that
was 10 years old and it was light amber and a little strong tasting.
