Hello bee-L people¡,
I´m a PhD student from Spain and I´m working with honeybees from the
Canaries trying to characterize these populations. Now I would like to do
some allozyme analysis with the enzymes Malate deshidrogenase (Mdh) and
Phosphoglucomutase (Pgm) but I´m having some problems with the starch gels
so I´m thinking on changing to acrylamide gels, I will apreciate very much
any suggestion like bibliography or, specially, recipes for the staining,
buffers, etc.
Thanks in advance.
