I am working on a collection of Japanese ceramics that dates between WWI and
WWII. This collection is from a plantation site that employed Japanese
workers. The ceramics are primarily porcelains, but also include a number of
stonewares and earthenwares. I have Costello and Mainery's "Rice Bowls in
the Delta," but many of these ceramics are not represented in this
reference. I would appreciate it if anyone could suggest some possible
references. The porcelains range from small condiment or shallow dish forms,
to cups, bowls, plates, decanters, flower pots, and possible
industrial/bathroom fixtures. Thank you in advance. susan
