I owe Karl Gurcke a sincere apology.  I taught my spell checker to replace
the "c" in his name and as a result, the last email I posted to HISTARCH
had his name as "Gurke".  I am very embarrassed.  In addition, anyone
looking for his book will have much more success searching their library
computer catalog with Gurcke, Karl.
 
All I can say is "Oops" and "Sorry!"
