First of all mom is going to have to stop the estrogen ....that will be
essential to getting her milk back. She can put baby to the breast right
away, as far as I can recall, the estrogen will be cleared quickly from
her system ( I dont have Toms book here ). She should start pumping 15
min with double electric pump every 2 - 3 hours in the day time and have
one 4 - 6 hour of sleep at nite, unless shes up feeding baby, then she
can pump. She should put baby to breast and pump too , it will take a
few days to build her supply back up if shes diligent.
As for the Feungreek
3 or 4 capsules 4 times per day
can also add Tincture of Blessed Thistle 20 drops orally for mom three
or 4 times per day. Some of the tinctures contain alcohol, she should
try to find one that doesnt. I have had some fairly dramatic results
with Feungreek.
Good Luck
Cindy

"The newborn baby has only three demands. They are warmth in
the arms of its mother, food from her breasts, and security in
the knowledge of her presence. Breastfeeding satisfies all three."
