Hi everyone,
Well, I thought I was just being lazy by not doing the once a week
introduction of foods! As I said before, my oldest started solids at 11
months. She began eating dinner. My son decided to start serving
himself from my plate at about 6 months. My youngest started around 9
months. Still, breastmilk was the primary source of nutrition for quite
awhile after starting solids. I learned from my mil. Any food that is
too much to handle is first chewed by an adult than given to the
baby/child. Other than cow's milk, I did not restrict any foods, nor did
I prepare a special dish for the child. S/he just joined in the family
meals when s/he was interested.
BTW, I have a new e-mail address. My old one is still good, but I wanted
something else for the digests to avoid all the hassles I've been having.
Aloha,
