We market a device called a 'Melt Belt' just for this job. Straps on
with a friction fit, low temp, low operating cost, no supervision
necessary, no thermostats necessary, warms a pail from solid to a
liquid state so that you can get it out. At $14.75 + S/H, not a bad
price.
