I guess the real question is "when is a cemetery not a cemetery",
because at what point is it okay to put a road over it? Does every
bit of bone and wood need to be removed? If it's been bulldozed
out, but there are bits left, is it necessary to go in and get the bits?
What standards do we use to measure "moved" now? Are there
such standards? Is it quantifiable? And how come, after doing this
off and on for 15 years, I don't know this?
And, by the way, what happens to the soul after death--I assume
this is a related question (and yes, I'm kidding, kinda)
