It seems to me that it is everybody's business.
We wouldn't want any other communities in the country
to get the same idea.  This is a bad precedent to let them set.

Can't you just hear someone from Pittsburgh giving a
speech at the next US Mayor's conference about how to do this type of
thing to get around preservationists' causes.
