Re: Historical Archaeology of European Expansion in the Pacific & Asia.
There is a paper by Jim Allen and (I think) Roger Green on late 16th C
Spanish settlements in the Santa Cruz group in the Solomon Islands. The
name of the paper escapes me but it appears in Roger C Green and M.M.
Cresswell (eds) 1976, Southeast Solomons Culture History, Wellington,
Royal Society of New Zealand Bulletin 11.
