Bees can not tolerate a space between them and a future food source,
so they work even harder to fill the gap, even moving open stores
from below. This is ideal as it keeps an open brood nest and prevents
it getting clogged with incoming stores.
        Question? Why have 3 or 4 full supers on? Extra capital expenditure
for sure. Get them off and extracted is my view, less work later in
the year!
