Hello,
I'm interested in making soy patties as a pollen substitute. I've
read that I should buy expeller processed soy to do so. At my local
health food store they have several types of soy flour, but none refer
to an expeller process. Can anyone enlighten me on what I should buy.
My options are limited to full fat flour and a low fat flour.
Thanks for any help.
