This has always confused me. A lot of the books agree with the above
quote (short, by the way...;) But every single customer of mine tells me
that my "Wildflower Honey" , as I call it, is "excellent" and "far better than
store bought", etc.
Funny thing is...most of my "Wildflower Honey" is Goldenrod/Aster.
