Chris and co.- we use a digital camera quite a bit at Jamestown. It is of
an obvious use when generating images to attach to a data base
(rediscovery). We also print them out on the back of our Excavation
Records. This doesn't replace conventional photos but simply adds to the
multiple recording of contexts. This also will always be attached to the
records and wont have separate archival needs.               Eric Deetz
