The American Studies Crossroads Project
in conjunction with the April 1998 Crossroads Expo
is proud to announce
SiteScene
A Biweekly Review of New Electronic Resources in American Studies
SiteScene is sponsored by the American Studies Association and is a
collaborative online publication of the American Studies Crossroads
Project.
SiteScene will review recently developed websites and other
electronic resources relevant to the study of American culture.
Our aim is to make the weekly information deluge manageable, and
to provide careful descriptions about new information of interest
to teachers and students of American Studies. Reviews will be
posted every two weeks to the main page of the Crossroads
American Studies Web at
http://www.georgetown.edu/crossroads/asw/
and will also be posted as an email bulletin through Roadsign, the
Crossroads news list, as a supplement to the American Studies
Opportunities & News Index.
The general editor of SiteScene is: Jeff Finlay, Administrator,
American Studies Crossroads Project <[log in to unmask]>.
Current Reviewing Staff: Karen Anijar, Robert Becker, Alicia Maria
Gamez, Jennifer Harrison, Ed Gallagher, Elvira Jensen Casado, C Junge,
Emma Lambert, Kimberly Manner, Liz Milner, Greg Moses, Geoff Pitcher,
Kathy Purnell, Melinda M. Schwenk, Kevin Smokler, Bruce Spear.
To receive the email version of SiteScene, you should subscribe to
Roadsign, the Crossroads news list. Your subscription will guarantee
you get both the biweekly SiteScene bulletin and the weekly American
Studies Opportunities & News Index; these are generally the only
messages posted to Roadsign. To subscribe to Roadsign, please send
