Besides the technical limitations of the existing "low" end
digital cameras, maintaining the integrity of the image is also
a potential problem. If a digital camera is used to record an
image for posterity, the image can be manipulated more
easily with editing software than a traditional analog image.
This could raise questions of the veracity of the image.
