I use a very course strainer to catch large particles coming
from the extractor. I then allow the honey to sit in a
sealed holding tank for 2 weeks. Foreign matter will rise
to the top. I then bottle from the bottom. The last half
gallon or so, I strain and use it for cooking etc.
