As you will have/will be reading shortly, Barry Birkey has graciously
volunteered to convert my files to a format accessible to most users (I
would hope all) and posted the results on his web page from where they
may be accessed.
I have tried to send these files to all who have asked me for them,
however, I may not have had time to answer all the requests.  My most
sincere apologies.  In the end, this may be an advantage to you because
Barry has done a wonderful job of converting the files and has improved
the quality of the diagrams tremendously.  Hence the delay may be to
your benefit.   Those interested (and I recommend that even those who

In the meantime, I'll always be available to answer questions regarding
the files post or the state of my ongoing work with FGMO.  Please do not
