The Montgomery County honey. for 1997 is about as you describe for Baltimore
Co.  I got some dandilion very early in the year, then no locust, and a
decent clover flow with enough Tulip Poplar mixed in to give the resuling
honey some color.
 
The honey flow was very late (ending about July 10), with an average yield of
 about 70 lb/colony.
