Yesterday, a midwife told me of "her" recipe, which seemed to work for a
client of hers, who have had tons of matitis for two previous children,
and none for the last one (to date):
Grate a whole ginger root, wrap it in cheesecloth and boil the bag in a
potfull of water. The concoction should be strong. Cool the water and use
is warm (not hot, nor cold) as compresse, as often as possible.
Equinacea helps too.
