Sorry I don't have any info on alfalfa. I do have a question though
about Birdsfoot Trefoil. Does anyone on the list have any experience
with it as a honey production source? Also will honey from trefoil
crystalize like canola honey. Most of the honey from my nine hives will
be from trefoil this year.
