I'm analyzing ceramics from a historic site in Phoenix. I've checked Godden 1964
 and Kovel & Kovel 1986 and haven't found this particular mark:
 
MADDOCK & GATER.  * STAFFORDSHIRE POTTERIES *
 
These are in a circle around the typical lion/crown/unicorn/crest mark. The plai
n plate is from a feature that probably dates from 1885-1905.
 
I'll probably be asking about other marks later!
