The bee's aggresive behaviour is part of its natural defence against
predatores (humans but mainly other bees)  I think to breed this out
would be a mistake as  it would lead to a proliferation of disease and
it seems to me that when people talk about manipulating their bees
dressed in shorts and T shirt then they are well on their way down this
road.
 
I am not sure that there is a connection between robbing and aggression.
