Lighten up, gang. Go to Blockbuster and rent "The Gods Must Be Crazy." What
is a Coke bottle? What does a Coke bottle mean? Why do Land Rovers climb
trees?

The problem with the Georgian mind set is that its superficial trappings
can be imposed without changing anything whatever in the underlying
culture. Look what happened when the British colonial authorities built
Westminster style Parliament buildings just before they vacated their sub
Saharan African colonies. That is an extreme example, but extreme examples
are more fun for illustration.
