Qualifications:  Ph.D. in Anthropology or closely related field or M.A. and 10 y
ears experience and a record of publication.  Excellent writing and computer ski
lls and demonstrated ability to conduct original  research.  Ability to prepare
proposals and design, implement, and complete projects in accordance project bud
get and schedule requirements.  Ability to manage, delegate, budget, and work ef
fectively with support and technical staff.  Experience in the Midwest or Plains
 preferred.
