Mr. Stewart,
I can direct to you to two people that should know the laws
pertaining to local CRM regulations relative to their two cities.
Unfortunately, I do not have the telephone numbers available for them, but
telephone assistance should have no problem finding their numbers: Mr. Ian
Hill, who works for the Beaufort (SC) County Planning Office, can probably
assist you with current laws the City of Beaufort, SC. Dr. Judy Bense, of
the University of West Florida's Archaeological Institute, was instrumental
in forging CRM guidelines for the City of Pensacola, FL. Hope this helps.
