I am an employee of the Arkansas Archeological Survey and a member of the
City of Fayetteville's Environmental Concerns Committee.  I a interested
in submitting a possible law for consideration that would in some way
either allow or require a CRM study prior to private land development in
our city.  I know CA has its state law, and I know there are several
cities across the country that do also, can someone please direct me whom
to contact regarding getting some copies of the laws?  I need a place to
start, and don't want to reinvent the wheel.  Thanks.
