So who uses frame grips and
who doesn't? What are the pros and cons?
 
         I found that if I were going to spend any time examining the frame,
the hand that held the frame grip got too tired.  So I would transfer the
frame to two hands and hold it by the corners.  Then I stopped using the
frame grip at all.
