I don't know if Braula coeca is the same mite found on Bombus in the
spring.  The passage I quoted from _THATHB_ is the total information on
B. coeca in the entire book.  Best bet for an answer there would be
Dr. Dewey Caron (University of Delaware), but I don't have an E-addr
for Dr. Caron.
