Hello,
The second editon of this book has been out of print for several years. It
was not reprinted by the publisher. There may be a few floating around, but
not many. A third editon has been written and is at a publihsers now. Whether
they print it or not is not important, because there are several publishers
waiting in line to do so. It should be available about  Christmas.
