Hi Brian and all,
 
I for one would be very interested in hearing more...what mix of oils did you
use and what were your application methods?  Did you use the techniques and
formulas reported at http://www.wvu.edu?  Did the hive without the oils have
Apistan?
 
I'm going to try my own mixes of oils this season, probably wintergreen,
peppermint, spearmint, and pennyroyal.  I've seen pennyroyal knock down ear
mites in cats and dogs, better than any commercial control, and want to know if
it works on bee mites too.
 
There hasn't been much discussion of essential oil varroa control on the net
lately and I'd really like to hear from those who have tried these.
