<< Mr. Breaux, thank you for your good letter on queen rearing. I have local
library looking up Dr,Ruttner's publications. Do you know where the books
 were printed.?
Pardon me , an unscientic beekeeper but who is BIBBA. (beekeeping industry _
 _
Association )??? Do they have a publishing house of their own.??

The books were printed in England by G Beard & Son Ltd., Brighton and in
Bucharest by Apimondia Pub. House While the books are Hard to find they can
be found. I waited almost one year to find one of Dr. Ruttners books and
some of the type was smeared in the printing. The work that was done is quite
interesting. WIC-WAS press here in the U.S.A.
WIC-WAS is run by Larry Conners and someone on the Bee-L should have his
address. I used to receive a catalog from him. I gave my old one away and I
can't seem to find his address.

In regards to The BIBBA it stands for the British Isles Bee Breeding
Association.

If you look in the back of the Bee CDulture you can find a reference to the
IBRA and the BIBBA.
