I found Ned's comments concerning storage problems of archaeological (and
other data gathered as part of CRM or other research) data particularly
interesting in light of a session to be held at the upcoming ACRA meetings in
St. Louis in September. One of the topics to be pursued at the Saturday
sessions is entitled: "The Future of CRM data: Does Anyone Care?". Topics
will include curation problems, the value and problems with scanning data,
and the future of data access.
