Mail*Link(r) SMTP Graph Paper and Measurement
I dont know whether this might be of any use to help Mary's request but
childrens educational toys often have things marked off in metres and
cenimtres. A few years ago I found an object that was used to teach kids what
a metre and a metre squared was. It consisted of four metre rulers marked off
in 10cm units that assembled to make a square and naturally of geat use to
archaeologists (except that it was made from plastic which reduced its
workking life).
Now can anyone explain why when I measure a building constructed in Imperial
measurement it often fits the metric system that I use to measure it with?
