greetings all,

i have been working with bead collections from the Bell site (47Wn9) in
east central Wisconsin for the past nine months. the dates of occupation
are from 1680 to 1730. we have a number of what is commonly referred to as
"man-in-the-moon" beads. they are blue glass trade beads flat disk in
shape and have white design on both sides. i am looking for some specific
info on this type of bead. if anyone can help, please let me know.

many thanks,

Michele Lorenzini
