The easiest way I have found, is regular fibreglass bug (window) screen,
held (one bee space) above the top bars. They fill it with propolis, deep
freeze it, and it comes off very easily and incidently clean. That's most
important, if you can find an honest buyer. One final point, the best time
is late summer when the bees have filled supers up top, they seem to produce
more of that "#$%&*!" sticky stuff!!!!
