Hi Jay
I had a number of customers who wanted raw honey for their allergies.
These people, for the most part, told me that had always been told that
consuming local raw honey helped to combat the effects of hay fever and
other pollen related allergies. Others, including one nurse who works in an
allergist office, told me that the doctors say that consuming honey
produced within 50 miles, helps to produce a tolerance to those local
pollens thus reducing the effects of allergies. Sounds logical to me.
