          I did intend to sound so forward, I simply believed this
          belonged else where and if people were interested, would
          have sought it on the correct server.
 
          I have the same problem with all "ads" as this isn't the
          place for it, many might disagree but if I had time to sort
          through such ads I'd simply read the newspaper.
 
          Thank you for informing me my post appeared to strong, it
          wasn't intended as an insult, but rather a request.

Come on.  Lighten up.  Maybe someone made a mistake posting the new IEJ
table of contents to HISTARCH, maybe they intended to post it to ARCH-L.
And maybe it wasn't a mistake.  Maybe they thought a few people in the
HISTARCH crowd might find it useful information.  I don't think its worth
getting your knickers in a knot over.
